One more Day

Well Mom and I are staying in Saratoga just one more day!  Since the boys said the power went out again but is apparently back on! Though I hate to leave Grandma's because I have been so productive, since I've been here I've accomplished my homework, registered for Orientation at Ramapo, and read two books!  Yes thats right I finished another book!  I loved it; just reading a book for pleasure without worrying when the paper was due or the date of the test on the material!  Thats all thats really been happening!

No Power

Dear Electric Company
It has been 10 days without power.  This has an affect on schools, and everyone in general.  Especially people like me whom have a suppressed immune system and can't survive the cold very long!  Luckily we were able to make it to my grandparents but it is nicer when you can stay in your own home.  I know based on the situation I am lucky to have a home but it would be great if heat and power came along with it.
Not that Grandma's house hasn't been fun, I just miss my own room and bed.  Not to mention my own TV with DVR.  I don't even want to think about how many of my favorite shows haven't recorded because the power is still yet to be restored.  Not to mention at Grandma's I don't have my full wardrobe!! I am anxiously awaiting, everytime my phone or my moms phone rings we think it could be Dad or Greg announcing we can come home because the power is back on; however every single time it has been saying sorry to disappoint you but no the power is still not on!  Enough is Enough already!  I understand you needed time to get all the parts for transformers but in todays day when there is over-night shipping you should really have things restored.
